Rich in History - Gary Breisch is a Problem Solver.

Since 1976, Gary Breisch with his Civil Engineering and Planning Degrees and experience in those disciplines, design of home sites, commercial and resort developments, and homes, and Land Surveying since age 14 (he was born in 1949), has provided in-depth services in his area of expertise and location near Sand Springs.

He has interests in the Creek, Tulsa, Osage, Pawnee, Okmulgee, Wagoner, Rogers, and Payne Okfuskee County areas for his Mapping, Surveying, and Design Services.

He is mentoring others including his daughter and son to carry on the information for use in the future for great improvements in the way we build and live.

Gary will guide you through the steps in doing a property survey.  With the current technology, up to 90% of doing a land survey often is the research and documentation required to provide a tie between evidence on the ground and in existing documents that confirms the ownership and location of your property.

Gary can help you by email most efficiently set up your survey and begin answering and asking questions by the hour. This will help you step by step though the process of getting the documentation it takes to provide the needed evidence for your survey.

The more complicated surveys can be made simple enough to save time and money and provide you with just enough information to satisfy your survey needs. You can do a lot of the legwork before the final fieldwork is needed for certification of the survey.

Email Gary now with your property description and let him know what you think you need. He will send you information to help you get started.

Keep checking back to this website for improvements. Look for upcoming articles of interest on this website to help you take advantage of the experience and advice available. Remember, in land surveying there are 3 most important things to consider in the process of a land survey: 1) evidence 2) evidence 3) evidence. I can explain and you will see how simple it can be. Also learn more about the importance of a Metes & Bounds survey and what it really means.

Also ask about "The Secret" revealed to the World recently.

Positively,

Gary W. Breisch
